California is considered one of the popular places over the globe for Porsche sales. The German sports car manufacturer never misses chance to unveil something new in the «Golden state». This year Los Angeles Auto Show has kicked off on November 20, and 2015 Porsche 911 Carrera GTS is among at least 25 world premieres planned to take place within the framework of the show.
About 911 Carrera GTS
The Porsche 911 Carrera GTS is basically a 911 Carrera S loaded up with a plenty expensive options to make it faster, sportier and more exclusive.
The car shows improved performance with 430 horsepower, which shortens the sprint to 60 miles per hour from 4.1 to 3.8 seconds. Options on the usual Carrera and Carrera S have been included in the GTS standard equipment. These special features most of which relates to performance include Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) system, the Sport Chrono Package and others. 20-inch alloy wheels with center locks and a sport exhaust system are also included in the standard equipment.
There are four versions of the 911 Carrera GTS: rear-wheel-drive coupe, real-wheel-drive convertible, all-wheel-drive coupe and all-wheel-drive convertible.
The Powerkit elevates total output to 430 horsepower. Despite the horsepower bump, fuel economy has remained the same, 22 miles per gallon overall
Porsche’s GTS models are ideal for car buyers who are looking for something sportier than the regular S models and hardcore as a GT3. MSRP for Carrera GTS is $115,195.00 for manual transmission and $ 120,035.00 for PDK.
