BMW 135i Coupe

December 8th, 2009 Wise Car Shopper No comments

WSTO-BMW-135i-Coupe-01First WSTO’s BMW 135i Coupe was shown in September. Now you’re, for certain, going to love it. The WSTO has an improved compact bimmer with a front apron, trunk lip spoiler, shadow line grilles, H&R sport springs that lower the vehicle’s ride height, aluminum sport pedals, alloy wheels, reprogrammed ECU and exhaust system.

WSTO, to this second stage of the project, added an exemplar US-spec quad exhaust system from Bastuck with modified tips that are wrapped inside 3D Design’s carbon fiber diffuser.

The team displaced the 19-inch black mixture from Klassen with a new set of 19-inch Advan RS wheels in a gunmetal finish, this time shod in Yokohama Advan AD08 tires size 225/35 R19 up front and 255/30 R19 at the back. The tuning house transfered the matte black stickers from the 135i’s sides and added two stripes stretching from the headlights all the way back to the tail lights. We must  definitely say that this particular scheme works very well on the small bimmer coupe.

Wimmer-RS-Ferrari-F430-Spider-001The Ferrari F430 Scuderia is a precisely tuned version of the F430 Spider model. Operation transformations include a power pack that comprises of an upgraded ECU and a hand-built, sport exhaust system characterizing remote controlled valves that allow the driver to choose between a nearly stock and racing note from the quad tail pipes.

The kit slightly boosts the 4.3-liter V8’s power from 490HP to 528HP with Wimmer RS declaring the Italian thoroughbred goes from zero to 100km/h (62mph) in a demanded 3.84 seconds, to 200km/h (124mph) in 11.03 seconds and to 300km/h (187mph) within 34.9 seconds.

The German firm’s sport package also includes a KW HLS suspension system that lets the front-end of the car be lifted by 45mm at a push of a button to safely guide difficulties such as parking ramps or speed bumps without damaging the car. The tuner finished the package with 19-inch lightweight alloy rims from BBS shod in 225/35 R19 Dunlop tires up front and 305/30 R19 tires at the rear.

October 22nd, 2009 Wise Car Shopper No comments

Mercedes-C63-AMG-Performance-Pack-0Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG is a main candidate for a little factory tuning. It includes an engine kit that boost’s the 6.3-liter V8’s output to 487 horsepower.
The power growth from 457HP to 487HP has been achieved through a series of upgrades that include a reprogrammed ECU and the adoption of forged pistons from the new SLS AMG supercar together with new connecting rods and a lightweight crankshaft that translate into a weight saving of three kilograms or 6.6 lbs. Lowered inertia boosts the quickness and fast reaction of the uprated V8 engine, which is recognisable from the variable intake manifold painted in titanium grey. With the Performance Package Plus, Mercedes claims that the 487HP C63 AMG accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62mph) in 4.4 seconds and 0 to 200 km/h (124mph) in 13.9 seconds, or 0.1 sec and 1.3 sec faster than the standard 457HP model respectively. The new AMG Performance Package Plus is available for order now with prices set in Germany at €,7080.50 and €6,426 for the sedan and estate models respectively.
